Pickleball is simply better when it’s social—and that’s the heart of Open Play Pickleball. We offer organized, rotating games where players mix, match, and play with different partners throughout the session. No permanent teams, no pressure, and no need to bring a partner. Just show up, jump in, meet new people, and enjoy a fun, feel-good workout. If you've got your own group, private court reservations are also welcome.

We are looking for reliable, competitive players to be the spark that starts our Open Play games. If you are organized and consistent, you can play for $0 by helping us anchor our sessions.
Get Priority Access to book sessions 3 weeks in advance (before the general public). Your job is to be the "seed" on the list so others feel confident signing up.
Book Early: Reserve your spot in the app. Pay your standard fee upfront ($18 for Guests, $9 for Regular Members, $0 for Unlimited Members) to secure your spot in the Open Play.
Show Up: Check in at the front desk on game day.
Get Credited: We immediately issue a Club Credit matching your booking fee back to your account for your next session. Net cost: $0.

To ensure balanced games, eligibility is strictly enforced. You must meet one of the following:
DUPR Rating: You must have a valid DUPR rating linked to your CourtReserve account.
Club Evaluation: If you don't have DUPR, you must complete a skill evaluation with our staff.
Because you are the guarantee that the game will run, other players are counting on you.
The 7-Day Lock: You may cancel for a full credit up to 7 days before the session.
Gold Member Bonus: Starter Squad sessions DO NOT count towards your weekly reservation limit.
The Penalty: If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice or do not show up, you forfeit your booking fee ($18 for Guests, $9 for Silver Members). Gold, Platinum & Day-Tripper Members will be charged a $9 cancellation fee.
Get early access before our grand opening! Once we have obtained our certificate of occupancy from Florham Park (expected to be received by March 21st), we will allow our Founding Members unlimited reservations free of charge through the end of March.
Discounted Rates! Monthly dues for the month of April are discounted 50%.
Refer a friend and get more months at half price! Have someone you know who would be interested in becoming a Founding Member? Fill out our Refer a Friend form and receive an additional month at 50% off for each friend who becomes a Founding Member because of your referral. Have 11 friends interested? Receive up to a year at 50% off!
Pay-as-you-go access for casual players or out-of-town visitors.
The "Player-Share" Model
When you reserve a private court, the cost is split based on who is playing. The Base Court Rate is $52.00/hour, which breaks down to $13.00/share for a foursome. Our system automatically calculates the cost based on each player's membership tier.
Ghost Slots & Group Size
Ghost Slots: If fewer than 4 players book a court (e.g., playing singles), the empty "Ghost Slots" are billed at the full Guest rate ($13.00) and must be covered by the players present.
Group Size: A max of 6 players are allowed per court. Players 5 & 6 pay their individual share rate based on their membership level.
We know the frustration. Your clients want lessons after work or on weekends, but every club is booked solid. At Open Play Pickleball, we solved the capacity problem.
With 14 indoor courts, we are the largest dedicated facility in the area. That means we have the inventory to support independent coaches and their clients—even during prime time.
